ordered from: Amazon shopping app

Mobile imei number : 866978050218973 (mobile should have two imei number but received only one)
Time received : 7.33pm 27th september 2021

delivery boy number and PIN: +914461710444 – PIN 2841(26th september product not delivered to us) , PIN 9323 ( this guy was on leave), PIN 8303(product delivered on 27th)

We ordered oneplus 9R mobile cost Rs.39,999 from amazon shopping app on 26th September 2021. I am a prime member of amazon, so delivery was scheduled the next day 27th September 2021. But it was delivered on 28th September 2021. It was delayed without any proper reason. 28th I got otp and PIN from amazon. When we called that number that guy told us he was on leave. Then it was delivered by another guy. When we opened the pack, we found four nycil powder products. There was no bill inside.
We ordered the phone via HDFC NO COST EMI.
We raised the concern immediately to amazon customer care and they promised to resolve our problems but they took 5 days to do an inquiry.
Without doing any Proper enquiry after 5 days i.e on October 3rd 2021 amazon told that they packed and delivered correctly. The Package is damaged from inside. They just asked for images as part of enquiry. They didn’t come and check the package. They just done it for namesake. When we are asking for more information about enquiry they are not providing. We have IMEI number of the mobile in the soft copy of warrenty paper downloaded from amazon shopping app. They are not doing a strong investigation. We want our hard earned money back.
we ordered from the seller darshita electronics but received the product from dharshita aashiyana pvt limited thiruvalluvar. There is no such place we couldn’t find in google. Many have raised complaints against this seller in a similar way.

Mistakes are from their side there was no bill inside. but they answer without any seriousness. Customer care is not understanding our situation. We feel like talking to robots, not humans. Why it is delivered one day late. date on the package is 26th sep but order date is 25th. We asked many question but no response.
Request the concerned team to take proper action and refund our money.

I have attached all the image proof and documents I have.

We have raised the concerns mutiple times and mailed amazon. But all are telling to contact customer care.

Please please please help us.
