I ordered dry fruits worth 598 rupees from this website NUTFLUX on 24th of October. Credit card payment was not supported. I paid with debit card, money was deducted instantly, an order no. flashed on the screen but still now no confirmation SMS or email received. I contacted the customer care email id on their web page yesterday but till now no response from there too. Be careful. And now the website is also not opening. How can I get a refund?
