I have been using vodafone for more than 10 years, I have Rs. 106.46 in my account balance. Its the main SIM i have been using for all my calls.
From the past few days i am receiving messages from VA1111 saying that after 21 Nov 2018 your outgoing services will be stopped and is asking to recharge with unlimited plans or recharge with 35/65/95 packs to get an extension of 28 days.
My balance validity was till 2022, but now it is showing 21 nov 2018.
What rights company is using to deduct validity of SIM or expiry of account balance.
This is depriving the rights of consumers
This matter must be viewed seriously.
