This is to inform you that my mobile with number 9223267822 as completely conked off since the last three months.
I, Mrs. Vinooprem Grewal, am using your postpaid services. I am unable to get a new mobile to my preference during these pressing times thus I would like to put my number in safe custody for 6 months.
Please inform me of the procedure to avail of the same, on my email id,

Kindly also let me have the name and number of the officer who is going to attend my case as I am a senior citizen and live on my own.
I have been paying my dues since the last three months without using your services.
