I had an Idea Tamilnadu number 8124596795 which I wanted to change to Airtel MP CG as I belong to Bhopal and to this purpose I made a request to Airtel showroom at Kolar road Bhopal .However after several visits to the showroom and their main office in M P Nagar Bhopal I have learnt that my number was ported to Airtel’s Tamilnadu circle and can only be ported to MP CG if I visit any of the Tamilnadu showrooms which is not possible for me . Since the number is linked to Bank account I am experiencing hardship for no fault of mine as I had specifically asked for porting the number to MP CG circle and it was entirely due to negligence of the front staff that the problem could occur.
I request immediate attention to the matter as I told earlier I am not able to perform bank transactions.
