Hello,
I am currently using vodafone number which I wish to port to Jio due to overwhelming service provided by Vodafone.
I got the call however they confirmed as why you wanted to port and how they can resolve my issue overnight.
I clearly denied and chose to port the call has confirmed the same whereas now when I reach out my new provider they confirmed as due to non completion of 90 days I am unable to do it and it has been rejected by Vodafone.
Now, my question is why there is dialema in solution provided to me. How I can file complaint for this.
