My name is Pratyush Sharma. I want to raise a complaint against ROSMERTA SAFETY SYSTEMS LIMITED (Bookmyhsrp.com)
I have booked a replacement front HSRP number plate for my vehicle and I have scheduled my appointment 2 times. Every time, on the appointment date, dealer tells me that number plate is not received.
When I first called the customer service of bookmyhsrp on Feb 26th, 2024 to find out the reason, their executive told me that my number plate is put on hold and I need to share the updated E-FIR copy, registration certificate to “online@bookmyhsrp.com” , to get it unhold.
I sent them an email including updated EFIR and Registration certificate on Feb 26th, 2024 but haven’t received their reply to that email.
I rescheduled my appointment for March 9,2024 and again the dealer has not received the number plate from bookmyhsrp. I called the customer service of bookmyhsrp again as I have not received their reply or any updates from bookmyhsrp team. This is so unprofessional.
Its more than 20 days since I first sent them an email but haven’t received any response from them. Every time their customer service executives says the same thing that I will get a reply within 24-48 hrs from their team on my emails that I have sent them.
However, its about a month and I still haven’t heard back from them. It is causing me a lot of trouble and waste of my time and money.
I am also unable to use my vehicle as the front number plate is not there.

I am very upset and not at all happy with the services of bookmyhsrp, and the way they don’t care about their customers.
