i am not using my number form January. bill is generate every month, i pay bill till march
after lock down in march i am not paying , in may month call come from Vodafone for regarding paying bill. after long conversation day to day on what’s up. i agree to pay some part of money of my bill. they assure me the number will be deactivated, there are no bill generate further they said you will go to Vodafone store and close number, but in may month lock down, after 18th may open for working. i am not going to Vodafone store. on 6th June they again generate bill. after 6th June i am not paying bill till November. In 4 to 5 month lots of conversation going. on 4th November i agree to pay all of my bill. in one condition my number will be deactivated no bill generate after this. they confirm me by sending a mail my number will be deactivated. and i pay all amount according to the mail. on 6th November bill generate again against my number.
what is do for this please help me for deactivation of number. the customer care member are so bad to talk. they do not understand my problem.
please solve this issue. fastly.
