THIS IS VERY URGENT.
This is regarding my vodafone number 8800748917 registered by my name Bilal Ahmed. My services have been debarred since last two months. Earlier my bill was pending for amount of around 500rs. I contacted them and told about my network and connectivity issues so they told me to pay 350rs and rest was waived off.
Still my services were not activated ! No outgoing no incoming at all. I tried contacting the customer care but there was no response.
I waited for some days and then there was another bill of amount 850 approx notified to me though my number was temporarily deactivated ! Now how is that even possible. And these guys were continuously calling my second number to pay the bill and were not even listening to my problem. Still i listened to them and paid another 400 rs as told by your executive. She told me you have to pay this final amount and your number will be activated immediately.
I paid this amount around 10 days ago still my services are not activated ! These people have literally conned me. I have missed so many urgent calls and have been facing so difficulties due to this. Then also i have contacted the customer care around 8-10 times and they are not giving me any solution. I have been asking for the reason why my number is deactivated and they dont have any answer at all. Yesterday the guy told me to just visit to the store. I mean seriously at this situation with the pandemic you are suggesting me to go out. WHY CAN’T YOU SOLVE MY PROBLEM ONLINE.
And when there is literally no reason what should i do now.
I have literally missed so many urgent calls in the last two months and vodafone is totally responsible for it. You guys have the WORST service and i will just port out every vodafone number in my house to some other network.
I want the solution the my problem ASAP otherwise i will have to take some legal action against the people who have conned me. I want my services to be activated right now and just request a port out for my number.
The customer care guys are not responding and listening to me at all they just put the call on hold or disconnect it.
