Hi,
I’m using vodafone from last 4 years. One year back I moved to Malaysia along with my vodafone number. Some where in January I was getting SMS to do a recharge to continue with the existing number (not mentioning he minimum amount to recharge with) so I did Rs 10 recharge two times. Till February my number worked fine. But in March first week number is closed permanently.
Since March, I’ve sent my brother and my father to vodafone store in Rewari -123401, Haryana circle numerous time and everytime they refused to issue the same number on any of my family member name. We have even though suggested them to have a video call with me to match the identity of SIM owner with me but they are hardly listening anything.
Don’t know what’s the issue with this company and there staff. In today’s digital world where I’m able to open my bank account, do CKYC and many other things sitting outside India seamlessly through video call verification, getting my existing phone number issued from Vodafone is becoming very hard to nut to crack for me.
There should be the same provision which banks and other bodies are following for offering service to the customer outside India.
Tried to file complaint online on their site and that’s also not happening. Don’t know why they have created any option to fill online complain when it doesn’t work. Please help me I’m sick of chasing them again and again.
