Had requested for a post paid number activation (9999671683) to alteast 3 CS associates, however they were unable to assist. I called on 29th Jan at 8:18am and was assured that the number would be activated in 2 hours but that was not the case. Then again I called on 30th Jan to check the status. I called starting 4:38am to 5:10am, spoke first to Ankit at 4:38am who disconnected the call then spoke to Dinesh & he put me on hold for exact 15.43 mins & he also then disconnected without any resolution, then called Vodafone CC 6-7 times but got no response, as the call was disconnected after 4-5 full rings then on my 8th attempt, I finally got connected to the 1st associates again (Ankit) at 5:10am, however this time I just requested for a supervisor as my frustrations leave was high due to the way the CS people were handling my issue, but off course the supervisor was also not available.
