Text of Complaint by Yogesh Kumar:

I booked a ticket on 10 June 2023, using paytm from Delhi to Jaipur with journey date 11 June 2023 at 11:45 approx. Which was confirmed with the seat no. 1C with PNR no.1666482 before 1 hour I got driver details and everything I travelled from my home town sonipat to Delhi and was waiting for bus at Karol bagh then 40 min. Before boarding I got a call from bus staff that your bus is cancelled and I will got refund by tomorrow morning. And the link that was provided by nuego to track bus was showing that bus Is traveling. I have to book a local bus in emergency non AC bus with least facilities I have to suffer.
Next day when I called nuego customer care representative named mr. Mohit said me he can’t help me with anything only he can process refund when and said u have to wait for some hours our senior is in meeting I called him again same he did 2-3 times and neither I got refund not any reply or contact from them.
