Text of Complaint by Vaishnavi Sharma:

I booked a ticket from Jaipur to agra.
The time from departure was 5:55 PM
The transport Nagar boarding point is not a authorised bus point for nuego. This place is always in traffic conjecture.
And the bus use to get parked few meters away from the main bus stand chauraha.
I reach there on time but while I was chasing the bus where it was actually parked it took 2-3 minutes. I called the conductor but he didn’t listen to me rather just misbehaved and did not wait for me while I was just behind the bus.
Unfortunately I was not on my own vehicle i can there from a cab so i couldn’t chase the bus .
Also i got a message from nuego that it’s running late so why they sent this message by default to everyone passanger it can just provide misinformation
And when I asked for help from customer care and nuego women helpline. They didn’t support me rather just very rudely said nothing can happen now. No refund no support in terms of allowing to board the next nuego bus. They use to get late from few minutes to even 3-4 hours but I always incorporated with them and they didn’t even wait while I was behind the bus just struggling to find my way Between the heavy traffic and this bu was parked away hidden by few other buses.
I just cried in front of them i waisted my 3 hours at night in the middle of transport Nagar chauraha. This behaviour of nuego people costed me a lot. My safety was compromised I waited for the bus 2-3 hours at night and spend money all again to book the tickets and reach home late midnight.
All because of that conductor.
