As per the above detail I reached on my boarding point 20 minutes ago. The bus started 15 Min late at 21:15 from ISBT Kashmere Gate and even after it the operators are wandering in delhi here to there along with bus utmost full with passengers in search of a single passenger. It already became 23:15 and bus is still standing in Noida. Who will responsible for my further connected journey which I had already booked from Haridwar and will be missed.
