Today on 05 August 2024. I was travelling from Delhi(Kashmiri gate) to Chandigarh. But the bus stopped in middle of the journey and after making the passengers to wait for hours , the bus conductor said that the bus will not start therefore the passengers have to go on their own. He told that the company will give full refund for the inconvenience caused but even after complaining in the customer care no refund is given yet. This was my worst journey. Never trust this company. Following are the details of the bus.
