Sir/ madam, I have boarded the nue go bus from agra to Delhi on 19may 2024. In the morning at 11. Bus is late from its scheduled time too in this heat.The AC is not working at all. My son started puking in the bus itself because of soo much heat and non working of AC. YOU ALL Charge SO Much of amt for the AC buses and the service is tooo poor. How shameful. And complaints registered by customer are not even considering. So many flies and mosquitoes are there in the bus. I want my money to be refunded if not full the half the amount to be refunded.for refreshments they have stopped in the unhygienic dhaba. You all charge so much of amount and the service is yuck. Very disappointing and shameful. Earlier one volvo used to travel from agra transport Nagar to Sarai kale khan that bus was superb in all things.
