MY ORDER ID ACCORDING TO FILPLART – OD330408818291796100
I am an old customer of Flipkart and I regret to inform you that I had placed order for Stretchable Misony slim Men white Jeans on dated 06.02.2024 and I got the order on dated 09.02.2024 but I open the parcel I found the product disgusting and Jeans was not stretchable. At the same time I have choose the refund option on the flipkart App. Pick up date had been scheduled on 13.02.2023 on the app. After that I was tired a making a complaint but nobody was listening about my complaints and then I talked to Mr. Junaid who is customer care executive on the phone and also made the chat on flipkar app. He told me date 13.02.2024 and time before 8 pm for Parcel pickup but courier partner has not came to pick up the parcel on 13.02.2024.

Flipkart shopping is big online shopping platform for the customers if Customer care executive and courier partner will not serve on time to customers then Customers will gradually lose trust in Flipkart Shopping which may prove to be a bad for the company.

in view of the above, you are requested to kindly take the strictest action should be taken against such people So that customers do not have to face any problem.
