I am writing to report unauthorized deductions of Rupees 149 by Novi Digital Entertainment from my account on 8th December 2023, as discovered through SMS notifications and bank statements. Why this auto deduction is happening without even consulting me ?? I request an immediate investigation and reimbursement for these unauthorized transactions.
