Hi,
I have Bank account in ICICI Bank. I received a SMS stating that “Your account has been successfully debited with Rs 149.00 on 28-Aug-23 towards Novi digital en for MERCHANTMANDATE AutoPay, RRN ************-ICICI Bank.”
Daily Rs 149.00 was debited from my account. When I checked UPI transaction Autopay option seems to be enabled. I identified that my account is set as autopay till May 27th 2033, on daily basis
I cancelled that option, but I would like to raise this as an complaint and help me to get back my reimbursement.
