Text of Complaint by Ashish:

I had ordered note 9 on 1st of December and it has been 13 days since i have got no update on my order.  Whenever i call customer care i get same response that it will be solved within 72 hours.  It has been 13 days and i have no idea when there 72 hours end. May be they are just taking money and making people get converted into postpaid for such a offer then not supplying the phone and they also denied returning me the money and say that it will only be returned when the phone gets delivered and you return the phone back.  What does this mean now?  They have no idea about my order and now they have also denied me my refund.  What is wrong with airtel.
