I have cancelled my train ticket on 5th nov 2018against pnr no.6218513504. From last 20 days i spoke to many customer care executive like aditya surya prakase .iti, nadim etc but no solution. I have shared all the credit card stament but no result. Today i paid penalty amount to credit card due to delay payment.
