I have sent the following to every possible source of fire boltt, website complaint, email

I ordered Ninja Calling Pro Plus from fireboltt website on may 7th, and received it on may 11th. Order ID: #2024252738382
I have attached all the required documents as well. & I NEED A RESPONSE NOW.

this is my 3rd complaint regarding the same. I have got no revert, no response from your end from the 2 tickets i raised on the website.

The smartwatch isn’t turning on. i think the charger isn’t working as well. because it doesn’t show any red light that indicates that it’s charging. I read all the FAQs and did everything. but nothing is working.
I NEED RESPONSE AND A RESOLUTION. EITHER REPLACE THIS WATCH AND PROVIDE ME A NEW WORKING WATCH OR REFUND MY MONEY.
IT HAS BEEN DAYS SINCE I RAISED THE COMPLAINTS. PREVIOUS TICKET NO- 2973769 (it has a revert is needed from my end, but doesnt give me a space for that and what is needed isn’t mentioned as well.
SECOND TICKET- 2988631. (it also says Product Information
null | null – null Ticket Status Action required from customer- ALTHOUGH I PROVIDED ALL THE DETAILS.
