My Airtel sim not provide internet and I have to face problem in connecting of call and the voice is not clearly and when I call to to customer care number 121 or 198 then they do not give a proper answer n they do not connect call with their customer care agent this time they do not give proper attention to customer but before the recharge is left 4-5 days complete airtel SMS to inform the plan is complete please recharge your number airtel company is selfish they only focus to make money not on provide service which I pay for sir I request to you please do something I am very much angry with airtel they say me to do wait for 7 days but sir when I pay money then why I wait when my taken plan is complete then airtel did not say that sir take 8 days more free plan that time they switch off my plan sir both have same rule regulations I did not know good english but I give my best
