I am having issues with your connection.
Technician and customer care representative not attending the issues properly.
Technician without declaration fault he advised to change my setoff box, connectors etc. Now advised to change wire. When I am asking reason he is simply telling let’s change we will change fault may be there.
Without declaring fault how he suggested for set top box change now wire change. When I enquired with sr.executive they are justing answering like a recorded wise. Not giving any commitment
Further your technician cannot locate my antenna till date. What a pretty.
