I purchased a SBI fastag, but it has not worked since I bought it.
In my fastag id I have limited KYC and I want to get a full KYC in it. Neither your customer care people nor your agents know the process of this.
I called so many times to your customer care no. (1800110018), but every time they postpone the matter by giving his helpdesk email ID or agents contact nos.
I also mailed but still my problem was not solved.
When nothing can be done from SBI then what is the use of keeping Fastag, that is why I want it to be closed but the condition of SBI is so bad that they are not even closing Fastag.
