Hi,
On the day of Oct 18th, 2018 my acer aspire laptop was delivered at my door step, When I opened the packet it’s touch pad was broken after that I placed a request for replacement because it was defective then flipkart or acer technician came at my doorstep and check n out eachand everything and made a report for that stats me it will be replaced within 3 working days then another laptop was shipped through seller when courier boy came to take the product he told me ” Your laptop is broken so it’s doesnot come under our company policy and i am not going to replace this ” i told him that it is broken that’s why i asked for replacement he told me we can’t take defected product then i contracted flipkart they told me it will be resolved in 3 working days after 3 days another person called me on the behalf of flipkart and told me they guys are going to cancel my replacement and going to raise a new complaint for replacement and then each and every thime they guys are telling me to wait for 48 working hours we will come with and update . Whenever their timeframe over i called them again they said the same thing wait for 48 working hours and today is November 15th no action was taken. I am depressed.So help me out with my concern.
