I have purchased smartwatch from noise offical website but the product isn’t come as it’s shown and second thing it’s not fit in my mum’s hand so u have complaint 2 times but i didn’t get any response within 48 hrs
After that i have called them then they respond my issue and given my only one mail response and after all this things they are saying

However, as per the Return Policy listed on our website, refund/ upgrade/ exchange is not offered on any of our products. Furthermore, we do provide repair services/replacement in case of any manufacturing defects within the warranty period which may range from 6 to 12 months depending upon the product.
