Text of Complaint by Sandip Das:

A screen dead smartphone was delivered on Aug.8,2022.
on Aug.9 2022, a replacement request was placed.
on Aug,12,2022 delivery agent came for the first time but refused to take the defective phone back as he was unable to verify the phone (screen dead).
The DA made 1 more attempt but denied giving the same reason.
on Aug.13, 2022 I called Amazon customer care & they suggested to proceed for “Return & Refund” instead of “Replacement” made necessary changes from their end.
Since then the DA visited 5 times & every time he refused to take back the defective phone saying he can not accept the the old (defective/ screen dead phone) without verifying IMEI number.
