Text of Complaint by Ashish:

I bought Amazfit GTR 2e Smart Watch from Amazon on 28 th April 2022 having Invoice number LKO1-315571. In feb-23 watch is not working and it don’t get on.

Same I mailed to the “supportindia@zepp.com” on 22th Feb 2023. For replace or repair. Which is necessary and that time. I even try customer care but not get connected.

Now, I try again on 8th july regarding register the complain against the Amazfit and spuriously got revert back. Now they say you are not under warranty. So, They suggest to buy new watch instead to replace the same.
