I create my account on Amazon Seller platform with coordination of Amazon employee Mr. Vishal Salwani. Mr. Vishal is too busy person after creating my account on amazon portal. I had given many calls & messages but he was not answered my calls & messages more then 95% times . I had escalate my issue with his senior Mr. Satish Jain ( Regional Manager ) initially he listen my issue & GAP’s he assured me that Mr. Vishal Salwani will assist you on your account he ask him to coordinate with me. After that only one time i had got Mr. Vishal call but not able to resolve my concern.
After all this i had escalated this issue with Amazon Seller portal they aske me to resolve my issue with in 72 hours. When i raised my concern Mr. Vishal Salwani send me a mail that he will not able to give services so he close my relationship. As well as i got an mail from listing team Manager Mr. Jatin Salwani that he also close my account due to non response. This shows that these employees as well as vendors of Amazon is very arrogant & not want to work. I had asked Amazon seller portal to send my shipments to me but company ignored my messages.
I am very depressed due to these big chant dominate market & not want to grown new sellers where they had not invested any single penny to new merchants & charged heavy commission.
Take serious actions against big chants by Government to help new merchants whom want to start their business globally. Also aske compensation to my loss of investments.
