Text of Complaint by Pavan Tikku:

Dear sir
On 30th january I call to customer care then they take my advance request under Alavar ye package. They promised me soon my package, but when after 25 days my package is not activated I call to customer care, they told me to chose my plan on mobile app, I chose my plan and submitted successfully, but my plan is not activated till next 3-4 days, I again make my plan through mobile app but still my plan is not activated yet. I call their customer care no. thousand times, they register my complaint not once but four times :
1)27 Feb complaint no.692740545
2)01 Mar complaint no.693386565
3)02 Mar complaint no.693888127
4)02 Mar complaint no.694088382
But not a single complaint is resolved and they didn’t dam care about any complaint. I call them several times but always they tell me new thing every time, once they said that my set top box is deactivated but I am watching my old channels, how they told me that my set top box is deactivated. Then they told me that they transfer my call to their senior but after some time call will disconnected. This will happens several time, when I am able to connect to their senior they just register my complaint but as usual nothing will happens my problem is still as same.
Please sir look after this matter and solve my problem asap.
