Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious delay regarding my order placed on 18th October 2025 for Iffalcon By TCL 55″ TV (Model: 55U65) under Order ID: OD435766615179150100.

AWB/ tracking I’d – 11927134259435 ( given by flipkart but untraceable in Delhivery Courier ) so clear fraud, taking my 22 k money from almost 1 month and not sending the order.

The thing is , The product was originally scheduled to be shipped by 3rd November, however, it has still not been shipped. I have tried reaching out to Flipkart Customer Care 100+ times, but I have not received any proper update, clarification, or support. The lack of communication has caused significant inconvenience.

The delivery date was 8 Nov 2025 which has also passed long ago.

I want to make it clear that I do not wish to cancel this order. I specifically selected this product and I need it delivered. Therefore, I request Flipkart to:

1. Immediately process and ship the product.

2. Provide a clear and confirmed delivery timeline.

3. Ensure proper communication and follow-up from your support team until delivery is completed.

Being a regular customer of Flipkart, I expected a smooth and transparent experience. This situation is disappointing and needs urgent attention.
