Iq was called on 28th July 2021, 09.24 pm on paytm customer care number 01204456456 regarding my zee5 cancelled subscription and actual money refund back to me then paytm agent was told me that please raise a concern on 24*7 help then you guys provide any detail otherwise they have not able to provide anything.
Then on same time after call disconnecting, I was raised my concern on same said platform on dated 28th July 2021, 09.43pm with a relevant order I’d attachment wide ticket number 195635777.
And when on today 01.08.2021, checked 24*7 help platform for what they have reverted then found no revert was received from paytm end then I have again call above said customer care number for same requirement then paytm guys misbehaving to me and said in Hindi “MUJHE NAHI PATA MAI NAHI JANTI” and put my call on hold without hear my point of you.
Is this your 24*7 help service??
Such a very disgusting service!!!
Now my requirement is please refund my zee5 cancelled subscription amount back to me on urgent basis which was done on 27th June 2021 of Rs. 499/- and I was already received Rs. 50/- cash back against this Purchased subscription with code ZEE10.
Paytm can reverse this cash back but remain amount refund back to me on urgent basis.
