Respected sir, i have a complaint that i have recharged yearly pack amount and it is too much that means rs 3620/- on 26th November, 2018. After that because of some technical problem of tatasky i cant watch t.v. for one month and i decided to cancle my yearly pack and change into monthly. So that i requested to tatasky helpline center, they suggested me to recharge some extra amount of rs 420/- for the charge of one month and after this recharge they ensure me that they reverse my money within 7-10 working days. After 15 days i still not get any money as well as they cut my 420/- rs recharge for that ome month charge. I call them back and They also detected money from my account and gave me a transaction id on 28th December 2018. but the money is nor in my bank account and nor in my tatasky account. I file the complaint them again and again. Today is 15th march, 2019. I still dont get any money back in my sbi. I also complaint to my bank and they also tried a lot. But they find NOTHING as a problem in my banking. They suggested me to go to tatasky help again. Actually “bank suggest me to go to tatasky help and tatasky suggest me to go to bank help””TATASKY IS PLAYING WITH ME ROUND AND ROUND BANK TO TATASKY AND TATASKY TO BANK SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE ME FORGOT ABOUT MY REFUND OF rs 3620/-. I did everything possible from my side. But i still dont get any refund. I m very very upset with tatasky services. I PERSONALLY SUGGESTING YOU ALL GUYS FOR NOT TO GET ANY CONNECTION FROM TATASKY.
