I ordered apple airpods from amazon on 6/10/2020 and received my product on 9/10/2020. When I opened the package I found the product I received was Copy/Fake one and that too is used. On probing further I came to know that the serial number on the box and the serial number on the product both are different. When I contacted Customer Care team they asked me to send Images of product and they verified them and initiated the return but the pick up boy and the Panchkula Warehouse supervisor Amitoj is not allowing my pick up. My pick up was cancelled 4 times just by saying that supervisor is saying don’t pick up this product and on the other hand customer care team and technical team is approving the pick up by verifying every detail.
This is now more of a mental harassment for me as one if the pick up boy said to do settlement with him or with the supervisor.
My product is worth 13500/- and after repeated attempts they are not pocking up my product and amazon team is not helping me. I even have the full unboxing video as a proof that I received used product. What should I do?
