I had requested many times for returning my product RED TAPE JACKET but many times talking there esclation desk no resolution no reply …i had requested to pick up as per there nodal team said to pick 9th dec no pick up comes and Still now no one comes to pickup ….Then again i call and request the escalation desk Wasim guy just again same repeated reply as saying will pick on Next Monday,,, EXTREMELY PATHETIC AND CUSTOMER HARASSING …Pls help to get my refund back and take strict action
