Re: NOT RETURNING MY PRODUCT
On Oct 3rd, 2022 I ordered a lady’s cloth Whose name is Botal green butata Anarkali from your Meesho, and My sub Order ID is-892278689540_1. I Paid Rs362 For the Product. Meesho delivered the product to my delivery address on Oct 5th, 2022
Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because the Product material is not good. I feel the very poor quality material they send to me. I have not used this Product. I make a call to your service center many times to tell me my problem to return my product but the meesho executive would not speak to me. Many times I do manually return but after some hours they manually erase the option now You tell me what to do
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it If your company would pick up the product and refund the Rs 362 I paid. Enclosed are copies of my records, Including my receipt and delivery invoice
