I had placed an order on 20.09.21 from Amazon, and it was supposed to be a one day delivery. The product hasn’t even been shipped yet, and it was a prepaid order, I had paid rupees 17999 rupees using my debit card, but they are refusing to pay me my money back. It has been more than 10 days, and they are refusing to pay me my money back. Order Id- 402-0186345-0051561. Please take steps so that a middle class person can have his hard earned money back. This is serious harassment and abuse, such inconvenience should be avoided at all costs. Please help me get my money back.
