Text of Complaint by Anil:

It was on 21st when I first ever registered a new claim on Jeeves. From then I started exploited from day 1, they told me upload documents via mail. They responded my mail wrong and IMEI is not matching, which was utterly absurd. I then, moved ahead and enquired the same to Flipkart, they said all is fine, and the same I delivered to Jeeves, after 4 days, we have agreed to it and asked me to pay 500 as a processing fee. 7 days into this, I felt I shouldn’t have taken their service for the fact they are not willing to know customer’s query. And next up, pick up date, It was scheduled on 2nd July, a huge delay, which was again build a trust issue in me, repeatedly I was questioning why to provide my device to jeeves for mobile protection if I can it fixed under a week in Authorized service centre, the issue was 5000 flat bill for screen damage which I am subjected to. I later, discussed to give away my device for repair. On 2nd July, my device was fixed and taken to service centre to analysis and to repair my device from scratch. Till here, it was really easy to manage but later happened has no words for it. I mean it was a damn bad service by that pathetic customer executives and seniors in the company. From 3rd July, I was calling them to confirm my device status, here on each imbecile making their on words and telling to them. call on 3rd July, has not much to speak, but from 5 to 17 has immense uncontrollable anger I experienced. In each call from 5th they lied my status and told me to wait until device get repaired. I said, no problem I simply used to end the call with where can I expect my device they come up with ridiculous result. I made 8 calls on or from 5th July they delivered false information and they are truly lying my status because, they are not willing to provide any service to customer. Now your question might speak, how come you say, they are lying, my answer : every executives chewing different status in each call, if one might have said, your device will reach within 3 to 5 working days, one imbecile would have told me: you will get on or before 10th business working day, and a’other moron, sir, we are sorry, your device cannot be repaired we request to wait until you get any update over mail or call from our concerned department regarding the same and they will tell you what should to be done? Hilarious right, all this calls made in a day i.e. on 5th July. From that day on, my frustration hyped and I couldn’t carry my frustration along call, so I managed to speak politely with no single abusive, don’t you think it’s very horrendous to stay calm and composed even after long delay. 50% of those douchebags used to tell me, sir, please mail us they will help you with your concern. They will revert you within 24 to 48 hours. The same tone and script I used to hear from 9th I have all the recorings. And I said the same to executives, they go quiet and suddenly disconnect the call for no reason. My frustration grew by time with their delay and attitude. I have sent more than 80 mails to jeeves@protection.co.in but none of them were responding, they were seeing my mail. I felt my phone has no way for return, then I decided to go to police station, I’ve raised complaint and escalated that case to consumer court to stretch out to other areas of department, my friend suggested and I did. I was not much a good experience to share in consumer court but few days in that case, I received a call asking me to come to station and sign the document to excel the issue to organization. That day, I was bit stressed out, and today it is 17th July, I haven’t got any update from Jeeves, but all work from police is much-assuring than Jeeves. I witnessed hell out of delay in my case as well as from Jeeves. But police are still making a follow up with me and putting things forward.

I tried multiples ways, I can tell, I’ mean I’ can’t waste my time in Jeeves nor in sharing my experience, it is still a bit to go. But I am ending it here.
