I have order toshiba 32 inch TV online through flipkart. It was delivered on 5 November(not open box delivered by flipkart or courier man) till next 48 hour no one came for installation by flipkart, after 7 days i called to person from market for installation and i have pay to person while opening of box found another brand TV(Crown) used tv, same time i called customer care n make complaint they assured for replacement. I talked many times they said that seller accepted for return wait 10 days. After approx 6-10 days said that seller not accepted but flipkart will be returning product and refund in your bank account
They said positively and tell that not to worry they asked every time for upload photos
Same i have uploaded photos and mailed
But at night time found message that your complaint was closed without resolved not provided any reason, second/third/fourth time opened complaint and promise assured for return and refund but without any clarification they closed complaint only text message your complaint was resolved but not provided solution. Now i have very tired with connecting with them. I am regularly purchased from flipkart
