We took a 55-inch MARQ LED TV from FLIPKART,Which we also made a guarantee for 3 years, and this tv was spoiled for one month,which we did in flipkart and also in the brand of marq. against this complaint MARQ sent its technician and their technician failed to fix the TV.
After that we got a reply from MARQ this tv parts are not available thatswhy this tv return FLIPKART and refund its money,after that 26 MAY 2020 FLIPKART worker named DEEPAK and CASE ID= FUNM-1Q4BI5-MGSP2C-OLQDRU-JV2FD2R.
He unistalled the tv and went to pack the tv.after that i got a reply from this that tv will be picked by JUNE 5,2020 and the refund will come in my account by JUNE 8,2020 which they asked for in an email from me, But till 5th june no one came for pick up,
we call flipkart everyday but we are repeatdly given 48 hours of time by customer care representative,but our problem is not being solved.
FLIPKART is FRAUDULENT with us.
