I ordered earphone from boAt lifestyle on the 18th of October and it was delivered on the 25th october and i opted for a replacement on that very day because the product is defective and the right airdope won’t charge even if i charge it but the they have not even picked up my order or replace it. I contacted them a couple of times but they won’t take any action. I have waited two weeks and they haven’t delivered the replacement, it is very disappointing as the earphone is not for me. It is someone who had asked me to order and now i’m struggling here because i haven’t received the product replacement .
