Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a postpaid Airtel customer for past 7 years and my mobile number is 9731431947. I have visted BTM lay Out Airtel Relationshp Center, Bangalore. I have visited twice for the conversion of my postpaid to prepaid connection. They are reluctant to help me and they have wasted my time and told me to come after one week. Please, take action against the customer service Center. Make them to respond all customers courteously.
