I am Akshatha from Chennai. In April, 2020 during the lockdown ,I found a clothing page in Instagram called @fashchic_15 and placed the order and paid for 5 dresses where they mentioned that the orders above 1500 would get a free complimentary dress so including that 6 dress were expected for the delivery. They mentioned that they would deliver within 10 to 15 days of delivery but due to lockdown in understood the difficulties jn delivering the dresses on time. Aftr few months I received 3 dresses out of 6 dresses which were too short for me to wear. Andb another one was a damaged one. I was totally disappointed. Because even after mentioning that I was need of very big size dress as I am fat, I was sent the short ones. And then I was keep on asking about the rest of the dresses , I didn’t get any proper response from them. And I even let them know about the size problem that I faced from the dresses they delivered. I asked them to take it back and exchange with the big ones but they refused to take it back. So I asked for atleast some compensation for that. But they responded nothing as always. Then being precautious I asked them to abouth the rest of thet dresses size availablity . only then they told that one of the dresses that are yet to be delivered has no big size so I asked them to swap the dress and chose another dress instead of that. The short dress that I paid for was of Rs.450 and so while swapping it I chose 2 dresses one costed Rs.199 and the other Rs.250 which in total is 450 which I already paid them. So now the 6 dress order had turned as 7 dress where I was delivered 3 among them already .After few months when I got my delivery it had only 2 dresses. So now 3 + 2 = 5 dresses are delivered. They already delayed the delivered for about 9 to 10 months of payment. And now I was again waiting for the rest of the 2 dress’ delivery so when I asked them about it they arent giving me any response. While I approached them for the first time for buying clothes from them they were very active and giving great replies rapidly but now it has been more than 11 months now since I ordered the dress with full payment. And now I m not getting any responses. And now I definitely need the rest of the 2 dress with proper size and I would demand a decent compensation from them for having treated me badly. I was being so patient. I kindly request you to get me the proper justice that I deserve for being so patient for almost one whole year.
