Complaint against Airtel for deficiency of service and unfair trade practice**
**Respected Sir/Madam,**
I AM,MD FAIZAN HAZRAT SAIN DHANARUA PATNA BIHAR 804451, am a consumer of Airtel mobile and broadband services. I have been facing network issues with both the services since 25/6/2023. I have lodged several complaints with Airtel customer care, but they have not taken any action to resolve my issue. The details of my complaints are as follows:

Due to the poor network quality, I have been unable to access the internet, or use any online services. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience, harassment, and financial loss. I have also been charged for the services that I have not been able to use.
I have tried to contact Airtel through various modes such as phone calls, emails, social media, etc., but they have not responded to my queries or grievances. They have also not provided me any compensation or refund for the defective service. I have attached copies of my bills, payment receipts, complaint records, and correspondence with Airtel as proof of my allegations.
I request you to kindly take cognizance of my complaint and direct Airtel to do the following:
– Restore the network quality and provide me uninterrupted and satisfactory service.
– Refund me the amount that I have paid for the defective service or adjust it in my future bills.
– Pay me compensation for the mental agony, inconvenience, and financial loss that I have suffered due to their negligence and deficiency of service.
– Stop engaging in unfair trade practices and misleading advertisements that claim to provide superior network quality and customer satisfaction.
I hope that you will consider my complaint and grant me justice. I declare that the facts stated above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
