Text of Complaint by Fe:

I have an outstanding loan of 4,000.00 with a settlement amount of 6,352 due on August 11, 2023, and I paid the amount on the date it will be due plus the ₱10.00 fee. The payment was not immediately posted on my dashboard. And with that, I emailed Moneycat support to bring up my concern. I also sent them the details of my repayment with screenshots of the reference number, the payment instructions, and all other important reference. Since the day I paid, I have been reaching out to them to resolve the problem, yet they would only reply that they will endorse it to the higher management. Not just that, they are harassing me with messages for ignoring them but they’re the ones ignoring me! until now, the amount shows that it is not settled. The dashboard also shows inconsistent settlement amount. Thank you.
