Text of Complaint by Pardeep:

I had recharge my Airtel number 9855541560 of Rs. 98 from IndusInd Bank on 28.06.21 the transaction was successful by IndusInd Bank but no recharge done by Airtel.
Then after I sent a email to IndusInd Bank for refund the amount the bank replied to me the payment was done by them through net banking you should raise issue to the merchant or sent them any denied for payment by Airtel, then after I sent so many emails to [email protected] but till date no reply by Airtel, I also call on 121 they are telling me no payment was received by them you should contact to your bank.
The bank asking me show them the Denial of payment email of merchant but Airtel not reply on my email, Airtel totally harassing me from last two months, kindly refund my money
