Text of Complaint by Narender Pal Singh:

‌I came to Australia in July 2019 and got stuck here due to spread of corona & cancellation of flights. In Oct.2020 myairtel phone’s  sim card stopped receiving network. After exploring all remedies , I took up with Airtel authorities through my friend and also through e-mail at coco.rohini9@ú, ceo.direct@airtel.in, 121@in.airtel.com and nodalofficer.del@airtel.in
‌for reissue of the sim card against my prepaid mobile no.  to my authorised person who will collect the sim & post it to me, but the outcome is a big naught. On 16th Oct 2020 i was advised a ref no. CCNOR31016559151 to be resolved by 20/10/2020 by 3:44PM  but nothing happened. I had provided them the copies of my passport, photo of the defective sim, copies of my visa documents etc. But they are insisting photo of visa stamp on passport. Whereas the Australia immigration is not stamping the passport of the visitors & hence the same can’t be provided by me. I am not being able to meet my financial as well as other obligations. Please do something & help me as I am stranded here & needs my sim card activated at the earliest to honour my commitments & obligations. My prepaíd mobile no.  is not working & I am facing problem managing my stayin Australia
