Text of Complaint by Shivam Singh:

I have order a jeans from Flipkart. I received a larger size so I thought to cancel it and get refund so I requested for refund but, later I decided to replace it with a smaller size instead. Now there is no option of replacing it. I contacted to Flipkart Customer Care they are saying that your request is still under process and we can’t do anything till your previous request is processed. And they are saying it will take atleast 7-10 days. But after 10 days I will not able to replace it as per the Flipkart 10 days return policy. so what should I do now?????
