Text of Complaint by Sai Pavan Kalyan:

I have made a payment to Swiggy through Google pay UPI for an order on 23rd December 2023 and it was showing as a failed order and I was told that the money would be refunded. But it’s been 2 months since the money has been debited and neither the bank or the swiggy merchant could refund the amount even after repeated complaints.
